Dr. Natalie Cyrus

PT, DPT, CSCS

With a passion for improving quality of life through personalized care, Natalie is a dedicated physical therapist known for compassionate patient-centered therapy. Holding a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from The University of Maryland Baltimore, Natalie brings her personal experience as a former Collegiate All-American and US Women’s Field Hockey National Team Goalkeeper to her practice, aiming to help patients return to participation in whatever they love to do.

Natalie is committed to continuous learning and professional development, staying abreast of the latest advancements in physical therapy techniques and technologies. She has a proven track record of achieving optimal patient outcomes through evidence-based practice, rehabilitation strategies tailored to individual needs, and effective communication.

With a background as a former high school biology teacher, collegiate and elite youth field hockey coach, and Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS), Natalie has developed a talent for collaborating closely with patients, healthcare teams, and caregivers to create comprehensive treatment plans that promote recovery, maximalizes functional independence, and advances elite performance.

Outside of her clinical practice, Natalie is a field hockey coach at Notre Dame Preparatory School. She enjoys competing in sprint triathlons, weightlifting, reading, and spending time with her family at the beach. She is dedicated to empowering patients with the knowledge and skills they need to lead healthier, more active lives.
