Dr. Matt Delapaz

PT, DPT, CSCS

Matt graduated from Towson University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. Prior to becoming a physical therapist he worked as a personal trainer, helping clients improve strength, mobility, and their overall performance. He then went on to earn his Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of Maryland, Baltimore. With a strong background in sports and orthopedics, Matt has experience treating athletes at all levels, from professional and collegiate competitors to high school and youth athletes. He has a particular passion for working with football players and combat sport athletes, helping them recover from injuries and optimize their performance and has provided rehabilitation services for several local high school football programs and MMA gyms.

Matt takes a personalized and evidence-based approach to treatment, combining the latest research with hands-on techniques and programming designed to meet the demands of his patients goals. Whether an athlete is recovering from surgery, dealing with a nagging injury, or looking to enhance their performance, Matt is committed to guiding them through every step of the rehabilitation process.

Beyond the clinic, Matt is dedicated to staying at the forefront of sports medicine, continuously expanding his knowledge through continuing education/research and collaboration with coaches and trainers. His ultimate goal is to empower athletes with the tools they need to stay resilient, perform at their best, and return to the activities they love with confidence.
