Aidan was raised in Ashburn, VA where he played baseball and football at Riverside High School. Aidan received a scholarship to play Division II baseball as a catcher, but ultimately decided to attend Longwood University where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. Aidan later earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from High Point University.

Aidan is an avid gym-goer, earning his professional bodybuilding status in 2021, and his hobbies include golfing, football, and playing video games with his brother. Aidan one day hopes to teach in a physical therapy program as well as own his own private sports clinic.
